Introduction

Physical Therapy is a self-regulated profession in Saskatchewan.  The profession is governed by The Physical Therapy Act, 1998 and SCPT bylaws (Administrative, Regulatory, Fees and Professional Corporations).  The Code of Ethical Conduct is a national standard that outlines responsibilities of the member to clients, the public, and the profession.  The Core Standards of Practice have been developed nationally to define performance requirements for regulated members.
