Application for Registration for Temporary Licence Personal Info

Temporary Licenses may be issued according to Regulatory Bylaw;

8 (1) Temporary practicing membership in the college is available to an individual who:
- wishes to be registered for a specific period of time in order to attend or instruct as a physical therapist at a continuing education course or event:
- meets the requirements of subsection 19(2) of the Act;
- submits a completed application in the form provided by the college.
(2) Subject to obtaining a practicing license, temporary practicing membership entitles a member to use the title "Physiotherapist" or "Physical Therapist"
