Extended Access Membership

An extended access membership in the college is available to an individual as per below:

As per SCPT Bylaws:
   4.1(3) Subject to obtaining and maintaining a valid license or permit to practice in another jurisdiction, extended access membership entitles a member to provide telerehabilitation services to a service user who is physically situated in Saskatchewan


Extended Access Memberships are valid for the SCPT license year of April 1 - March 31 and must be renewed annually.

Application Process

  1. Complete the online Application for Registration for Extended Access Membership
    • Pay the required fees for 2022:
      • $125 Initial registration and Membership fees ($62.50 after October 1, 2022)
      • $75 non-refundable initial registration fee
      • Total = $200 CAD ($137.50 after October 1, 2022)
  2. Provide proof of $5,000,000 Professional Liability Insurance 
  3. Provide Letter of Good Standing from your current or most recent licensing body or have the Regulatory History Form complete
  4. A copy of your current license certificate (if applicable)
  5. Provide a completed, current Criminal Record Check, including a Vulnerable Sector check.
  6. Pay the required fee of $200 CAD. The fee may be paid online during the registration process by VISA or MasterCard.
